AWP Gems is based in Ayrshire, Scotland. It is owned by Alasdair and his wife, Marie. Alasdair has been involved in the jewellery industry for over forty years. His work spans the length and breadth of the UK, Channel Islands and parts of Europe.

Over the course of Alasdair’s career, he has managed retail jewellers and been involved with the trading of new and refurbished jewellery and watches.

Alasdair is a member of the NAJ (National Association Of Jewellers) and currently holds a professional jewellers diploma (PJ Gem Dip), completed with the NAJ.
